
A double decker broke down at Monkeys Jump Roundabout in Dorchester this morning just after 9am.
Traffic was moving very slowly in the area and there were delays to traffic with the road partially blocked.
Dorset Police were on the scene to handle traffic management and stayed until a recovery vehicle turned up at 10am.
One driver in the area said: “It appeared to be causing some confusion because one of the lanes looked blocked.”
At the time a spokesperson for Dorset Police said: “We received a report at 9.20am of a broken down coach on the A35 at the Monkeys Jump Roundabout near Dorchester.
“It has been reported that one lane is blocked. Officers are attending to assist with traffic management.”
