Dorset Ceramics Market

The Dorset Ceramics Market, featuring over 20 potters and ceramic artists, will be held at Dorchester Arts’ Corn Exchange in Dorchester on Saturday 11th July, open from 10am to 4pm.

Following the success of their pop-up ceramics shop in Dorchester before Christmas, Dorset Clay Cooperative is putting on a market showcasing the variety and versatility of ceramics with 25 artisans coming to the Corn Exchange for one day.

From sculpture to homewares, ceramic art to jewellery and garden pottery to functional tableware, made using different methods and fired in different ways, there will be talented artists both from across Dorset and from further afield; showing and selling their work. There will be experienced potters who show their work in art fairs and ceramic shows around the country, as well as newer artists setting up their very first stall, and even some familiar faces for those who have watched Channel 4’s The Great Pottery Throw Down.

Free admission.
